Labourer - Carpenter - Concreter - Handyman - Civil
Are you the next person to join the growing team at Dixon Services. If you are, you will be able to be trusted to go out and work alone on jobs or be a team-player on the larger jobs with the crew.
You will also have experience in any of the following:
- Handyman jobs
- Concreting
- Carpentry
- Plant and Equipment Maintenance
- Ordering Materials
- Some experience with welding, fabrication would be advantageous
About us
We are in the business of civil construction and onsite facility maintenance.
A typical day might be attending 3 different sites to assist with works on site, hanging doors, concrete jobs, picking up tools for repairs and maintenance, carrying out small fabrication jobs on our factory. There may be times where you are required to assist on larger projects we currently have running.
We understand that full-time roles in trade services are hard to come by, but we continue to work hard to provide secure employment and career progression for all our staff.
About you
- Ideally carpentry trade qualified though not essential – with the experience and ability to turn your hand to other construction trades such as, concreting,
- Ideally some fabrication / welding knowledge experience would be a
- Exceptional communication and client liaison skills
- Adherence to WH&S company policies
- Utilisation of our project software to enter all information in regards to jobs attended/client contact and photos etc.
